• Optimizing and limiting the use of natural resources and raw materials

• Ensuring that all our actions are energy efficient

Our buildings, whose roofs are equipped with photovoltaic panels, produce more than 100% of the electricity needed to run our business.

The conversion to organic viticulture started in 2021 allows us to perfect this respect for the environment:

• Suppression of herbicides thanks to mechanical weeding.

• Partial grassing of the vines.

• Suppression of synthetic fungicides thanks to early leaf removal.
